Salary: $18.00 hourly for 30 to 44 hours per week

Qualifications:
– Ability to communicate orally in English is required
– Completion of secondary (high) school is required
– 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience as a cook is required
Job duties:
– Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods;
– Prepare ingredients and cook ramen, udon noodle dishes, and donburi dishes;
– Prepare and cook a la carte menu such as Takoyaki, Agegyoza and Karaage;
– Prepare and present Sushi Rolls, and Bowl dishes;
– Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies;
– Inspect kitchens and food service areas;
– Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food;
– Order supplies and equipment;
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
– Clean kitchen and work areas.
