Salary: $16.00 hourly for 30 to 44 hours per week

Qualifications:

– Basic communication skill in English is required;
– Completion of secondary (high) school is required;
– 2 years to less than 3 years of related work experience in a restaurant including supervisory experience is required

Job duties:

– Supervise and co-ordinate activities of floor staff;
– Establish work schedules, and methods and plans to meet the schedules;
– Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures;
– Monitor the performance of each staff member and motivate them to improve their skills;
– Address customers’ complaints or concerns;
– Ensure food service and quality control with a clear understanding of Rocky Mountain Flatbread Co’s service and food quality standards;
– Supervise and check assembly of trays;
– Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys;
– Handle cash transactions, calculate total payments received at end of work shift and reconcile with total sales
