Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $37.00 hourly for 30 hours per week

Qualification:
– Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required;
– Completion of an 18- to 24-month or 18- to 36-month program in massage therapy from an accredited school with a period of supervised practical training is required;
– Registration with a regulatory body is required.
Job duties:
– Administer massage techniques through soft tissue manipulation, relaxation techniques, hydrotherapy,trigger point therapy, joint pain and lower grade mobilizations;
– Apply finger and hand pressure to specific points of the body;
– Assess clients by conducting range of motion and muscle tests and propose treatment plans;
– Maintain records of treatments given;
– Massage and knead muscles and soft tissues of the body;
– Ensure that all clients receive the best possible care in collaboration with a team;
– Follow all health and safety standards of TuiNa Plus Massage Therapy;
– Maintain a clean work environment;
– Suggest home care instructions and provide information about techniques.
