Location: Montreal, QC
Salary: $40 hourly for 30 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Start date: As soon as possible

Qualifications:
– Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required
– High Proficiency in Japanese is required
– Bachelor’s degree is required
– 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience as a marketing manager in the education industry is required

Job duties:
– Maintain and manage existing strategic partners and potential clients by email or phone on a daily basis in Japanese;
– Seek new partnership opportunities with potential strategic partners in Japan and Canada;
– Initiate market research studies and carry out a proper competitive analysis in order to come up with new marketing plans;
– Plan and implement marketing strategies to attract potential students not just from Japan but also from across Canada or even globally;
– Develop promotional materials to enhance the effectiveness of marketing activities;
– Hold seminars periodically in Japan to solicit new students;
– Hire, train, direct and motivate staff;
– Manage contracts with educational institutions and sub agents;
– Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials such as a website and SNS;
– Plan and control marketing budget and expenditures
