Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $18.50 hourly for 30 to 44 hours per week

Qualifications:
– Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required
– Completion of secondary (high) school is required
– 1 years to less than 2 years of work experience as a cook is required

Job duties:
– Prepare ingredients and cook appetizers such as Miso Furikake Tofu, A5 Wagyu Carpaccio, Charcoal Aburi Chicken and Beef Sukiyaki Pot Roast;
– Prepare ingredients and cook entrées such as Saikyo Miso Baked Sablefish, Alberta Beef Tenderloin, Soy Braised Beef Short Rib and American Wagyu Striploin;
– Prepare and presesnt Oshi Sushi, Signature Rolls, and Traditional Rolls;
– Prepare and present desserts such as Japanese Cheese Tart, Dark Chocolate Cake, and Coconut Banana Pie;
– Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances if requested;
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and order them when necessary;
– Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies;
– Clean and inspect kitchens, work areas, and food service areas
