Our pride lies in our in-house made noodles which are always freshly made using premium flour aged to draw out the subtle flavours to match our unique broth. Job Details:
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $22.00 hourly for 30 to 44 hours per week

Qualifications:
– Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required;
– Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required;
– 3 years to less than 5 years of work experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience is required.

Job duties:
– Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations;
– Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures;
– Estimate the price of products and services;
– Recruit, train and supervise staff according to the operating standards, and hiring and training practices of MUSOSHIN RAMEN;
– Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance;
– Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices;
– Ensure health and safety of employees are properly protected according to the health and safety standards of MUSOSHIN RAMEN;
– Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies;
– Develop, implement and analyze budgets;
– Participate in marketing plans and implementation;
– Address customers’ complaints or concerns;
– Provide customer service or help kitchen operations when necessary;
– Conduct performance reviews;
– Organize and maintain inventory.
