Salary: $16.00 hourly for 30 to 44 hours per week

Qualifications:
– Ability to communicate in English orally and in writing is required;
– Completion of Secondary (high) school is required;
– 2 years to less than 3 years of related work experience in a restaurant is required

Job duties:
– Supervise and co-ordinate activities of kitchen staff and servers;
– Establish work schedules, and methods and plans to meet the schedules for kitchen staff and servers;
– Train kitchen staff and servers in sanitation and safety procedures;
– Train staff in job duties;
– Ensure food delivery orders are properly handled by servers and kitchen staff;
– Recruit, interview, and hire food service staff;
– Prepare budget and cost estimates;
– Address customers’ complaints or concerns;
– Estimate and order beverages and supplies;
– Ensure food service and quality control is always properly implemented according to the service and quality standards of Hapa Izakaya Restaurant;
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
– Prepare and submit sales reports and operational issues to the company’s management office
