Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $16.50 hourly for 30 to 44 hours per week

Qualifications:
– Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required;
– Completion of secondary (high) school is required;
– 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience as a cook is required;
– Work experience in cooking Japanese cuisine is an asset
Job duties:
– Prepare, cook and present Japanese dishes on the menu;
– Prepare, make and present Sashimi and Sushi dishes;
– Prepare, cook and present Japanese grill dishes using Robata (Japanese traditional charcoal grill);
– Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances if requested;
– Maintain and manage inventory and records of food, ingredients, supplies and equipment;
– Inspect and clean kitchen and work areas;
– Plan menus, estimate food requirements, cook and present sample dishes
