Salary: $3207.00 monthly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Qualifications:
– Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required
– Completion of secondary (high) school is required
– 2 years to less than 3 years of related work experience is required
Job duties:
– Supervise and co-ordinate activities of kitchen staff and servers;
– Train kitchen staff and servers in sanitation and safety procedures;
– Set standards for kitchen cleanliness and ensure cleaning is done regularly;
– Ensure food service and quality control is always properly implemented according to the service and quality standards of Okeya Kyujiro;
– Establish work schedules, and methods and plans to meet the schedules for kitchen staff and servers;
– Train staff in job duties;
– Ensure food orders are properly handled by servers and kitchen staff;
– Prepare and submit sales reports to the owner on a regular basis;
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
– Prepare budget and cost estimates for supplies and beverages;
– Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, and ensure a healthy level of stock is always maintained;
– Build a strong working relationship with all staff members;
– Work closely with the owner to ensure that all menus are always up-to-date;
– Seek constantly to improve daily restaurant operations;
– Recruit, interview, and hire food service staff
