Location: Montréal, QC
Salary: $25.05 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Qualifications:
– Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English or French is required;
– Completion of secondary (high) school is required;
– 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience as a pastry cook in a restaurant is required;
– Knowledge of Japanese ingredients and baking experience in traditional Japanese sweets and pastries are an asset
Job duties:
– Prepare Okeya Kyujiro Original House-Made Desserts;
– Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances if necessary;
– Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies;
– Inspect kitchens and food service areas;
– Order ingredients, supplies and equipment;
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
– Clean kitchen and work areas
