Location: Maple, ON
Salary: $33.65 hourly for 30 hours per week

Qualifications:

– Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required
– High Proficiency in Japanese is required
– College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years is required
– 2 years to less than 3 years of work experience as a video or other types of visual art production is required

Job duties:

– Create and upload Youtube Videos in Japanese to our Youtube Channel;
– Conduct market research on a regular basis, analyze how people in Japan perceive Canada or North American life style , constantly seek where their interests are;
– Plan new video content based on market analysis and understanding of the demand for information on Canadian/North American life;
– Organize and co-ordinate video production;
– Create scripts, select the cast and advise in the interpretation and delivery of video content;
– Organize and direct the artistic aspects of video production;
– Determine treatment, scope and scheduling of video production;
– Determine lighting, lenses, camera angles and backgrounds;
– Co-ordinate and direct the photography of production;
– Plan and make the design of sets, costumes, furnishings and props;
– Order/Purchase sets, costumes, furnishings and props if necessary;
– Supervise production staff
